Investing in an essential company asset
Their CMO had already built many components of a strong brand strategy. But she wasn’t satisfied with the state of their values, which were a continual work in progress, and never felt settled. Her goal: define a list of core values, with involvement and buy-in from leadership.
Then, an upcoming in-person meeting offered the perfect opportunity to make one giant leap in a short time. They tapped Bluegreen to design a custom core values workshop—one that could get them to a near-final list, that their CMO could facilitate in a 90-minute window of a bigger event.
Designing a core values workshop to close a gap
We shaped the agenda to their goals, participants, environment, and brand. In detail we laid out minute-by-minute talking points, activities, and contingencies. We also wrote pre-event communications to prime the participants, and pre-populated activity boards and worksheets. This was to make the most of their time together, and to make life easier for our CMO client.
In the end, the core values workshop was well-received and it achieved its goals, giving our client what she needed to take the next step. Because an incremental approach to brand development can accrue quickly.
